I am so very glad I did. The experience was wonderful!

I was given a written quote by a very nice gentlemen named, Walter. he explained so much to me about the moving process. He made me feel very confident about my decision to choose C & C Shipping and Moving. The office was helpful and the packers and the crew that moved me were great. All my fears about movers went away as I saw how careful they were moving my things and took the time to explain to me what they were doing. They were all very courteous and didn't complain if I asked for something extra to be done.

I didn't have any damages at all and the price I was given was the same price that I paid when they were finished. This did not change.

The lead man on the crew, I believe his name was Carlos (I feel bad that I've forgotten in two days), was incredible! His ability to be in charge, direct his crew, keep his cool, and sooth the client all at the same time was amazing and very admirable.

The site has many resources to help consumers protect themselves from fraudulent interstate household goods moving companies. It also includes a user-friendly database that allows users to look up interstate moving companies by state or by name. Visitors to the site can also review both the consumer complaint history as well as the company's on-road safety performance records. The re-vamped website is a great way to ensure consumer safety and let them know exactly who and what they’re dealing with.
Your Rights & Responsibilities

Do your homework. Read the booklet. The moving company you choose is bound to give this document created by the federal government when you move from one state to another. The booklet also contains the information you need in the event that the mover loses or damages your goods.
